Driving DTC engagement through CRM & lifecycle marketing for luxury wine brand.​

As the Email & Communications Coordinator, I am:

  • Developing the SMS marketing program from the ground up. Implementing comprehensive SMS strategies that align with branding and marketing goals.

  • Expanding the email marketing program through automated flows, targeted segmentation, and A/B testing.

  • Leading weekly cross-functional meetings with management to share learnings, insights, and future initiatives.

  • Partnering with vendors to create branded collateral and implement website updates.

  • Creating original written content for internal events and external marketing campaigns. 

  • Monitoring online reviews posted to Google, TripAdvisor and Yelp.

Interim position: Digital Media & Communications Coordinator for Q1 & Q2 in 2022. Lead content creation and strategy for social, initiated partnerships with external vendors, and executed experimental marketing initiatives while sharpening brand storytelling expertise.

As the Email Marketing Specialist, I: 

  • Maintained full ownership of the winery's email marketing program including concept creation, development, execution, data analysis, and metric reporting.

  • Stayed informed with current email marketing and industry trends.

  • Spearheaded ESP mirgration of customer and company data from Bronto to Klaviyo. 

  • Cultivated direct-to-consumer relationships with first-time guests and returning membership cliental.

  • Assisted with event planning and logistics.
